The
hotel was a former coaching house in the 19th
century, and can be found at the heart of Loué,
a village in the Sarthoise countryside.
Many of the rooms overlook the terrace, where,
on a fine day, you can try the chef's gourmet
specialties... such as the bass tartare with creamed
oysters, boned pigeon with foie gras and cabbage,
or the fisherman's soup and its gratin au Layon.
From the surrounding landscaped garden, guests
can make their way to the inviting swimming pool...
and will find boats and tranquility beside the
river.
A visit to Loué, situated between Normandy
and Touraine, the capital of Brittany, is an absolute
must. The village is close to Le Mans, the Abbey
of Solesmes, the Malicorne pottery works and the
Sarthe valley and is just 2 hours from Paris.
